The Missouri Attorney General's Sunshine Law webpage states "Missouri's Sunshine Law is the embodiment of Missouri's commitment to openness in government. And Chapter 610 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri is the foundation of what has become known as Missouri's Sunshine Law." It also states that "each request for access to a public record be acted on no later than the end of the third business day following the date the request is received by the custodian." In Florissant it is sometimes difficult to get copies of public information as required by Missouri's Sunshine Law.
